Our stay at Indika's Residence in Sri Lanka was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family by the friendly and hospitable hosts, Indika and Dineshi. The beauty of the house itself was remarkable, but what really captured our hearts was the pure harmony and warmth that radiated throughout. Our room was stunning and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We were even pleasantly surprised by the unexpected and delightful dinners. We highly recommend this experience to everyone, as it truly touched our hearts and left a lasting impression. We only wish we had more time to spend with the hosts and enjoy the amazing pool at their hotel.
Nothing, all aspects of our stay were excellent!

The value for money at Indika's Residence was excellent, and the room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was peaceful and quiet, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location that is just a short distance from the city. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with a charming balcony that offers a lovely view. The attention to detail in the hotel's decor creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with a friendly and helpful family who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served is simply delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits, juices, tea or coffee, and a tasty sandwich.
No complaints whatsoever.

Charming and comfortable rooms with a beautiful balcony and outdoor bathroom. The location was great, in a quiet area with friendly locals and a tuktuk ride away from town. One of the things that stood out was the warm service by the hosts.
The house had no air conditioning which made it very difficult to sleep comfortably in the heat. The breakfast was limited and not very fulfilling as we had to search for more food elsewhere.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at a hotel in Sri Lanka. Loved the serene and peaceful location near the city but far from the chaos. The hotel room was sparkling clean and cozy. The outdoor view was beautiful, with plenty of squirrels seen through the window. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay, with fresh seasonal fruits and local Sri Lankan cuisine. Another perk offered by the hotel was the convenience of a free tuk-tuk drop-off service.
There wasn't anything negative to say about the place. The only suggestion, if anything, would be to offer more recreational activities at the hotel, such as swimming pool or gym, but this wasn't a huge downside for me as I explored the city during my stay.
